~~The Interview~~
went for the interview @ uob on last thurs, everything seems to went well. and the most fruitful part of the interview is that it is actually a group interview and this is actually the first time ever i experienced a group interview. Its fun & trust me...its funny to see others reaction & the way they answer qns. LOL.
total there are 8 interviewees and 2 interviewers (a guy & an auntie). Including me, a total of 8 ppl went in a room for interview, and it all started by having them giving us a short briefing using slides to show us what exactly they want and is expected from us. This job is actually like a traineeship. 18mths time to be trained by them being assigned to branches that requires manpower. Sounds quite fun bcos i would really like a change of environment. From telco co's to banking industry. I really hope i can make such a switch.
back to the funny part. after the short briefing and such, a Q&A is being carried out. Non of us seems to have any qns for the interviewers..@ that time i just wanna have it short and simple & just go back..hahaha..then the interviewer said :" there shld be more qns from you'll in order for us to knw who are the ones that we're looking for from the way u response and interest in the job". So..as per normal, there will be gan chiong ppl rack their brains to ask qns even if they really got nothing to ask. true enough, suddenly this gal, suddenly pops a qns "r we required to work on public holidays???" the intial tots i have was...wtf....wahahahahah. Nevertheless, the interviewer replied to her qn thinking that this gal might b too nervous thats y ask such duh~~ qns. But then!!!! she continue with another qn..ZzzZ :" so, r we bring compensated if we're required to work on PHs and hw are we being compensated?? in terms of off days or $$$??" WAH LAU EH!!!!! i buay tahan...can tell direct from the interviewers face that they cannot take it too...wahahahaha...CMI...wahahhaha. the worst is, she told the interviewers that "tdy is my 3rd day @ work in Tan Tock Seng hospital..." then my reaction was like...huh???wtf??? its her 3rd day of work @ TTS then still come here interview????!!!!! then the panels immed shoot her.." y only 3rd day n u judge that the place u wanna discontinue...bla bla bla, then she reply: " cos of the ppl there...cos the ppl there all very old de.."wahhahaha!!!!! the panels laughed !!!!!! and replied.. " well, uob got quite alot of old staffs too!!!" then she immed responded saying "no no no...not bcos of that sense...cos of the job..." then they shoot again saying then y u choose that job?????!!!!! then she replied again: " no no no ...not bcos of the job not bcos of the ppl...its bcos of the environment..." wahahha then they shoot her till she cannot take it and say" no no no ... not bcos of the job, environment nor ppl...its bcos of me..."
then .. out of all there is only 1 GUY , then this guy more cockster, knw y?? cos...his first qn was " just to satisfy my curiosity, wat is the ratio btwn guys n gals in this co' ????" wahahha, wtf is this qn for ? totally irrelevant!!!! again i looked -_-" but this guy more confident than other gals..but still can hear that his voice trembles..and the WORSE is ...he tot that he studyin nw is v BIG SHOT...act v ya ya like that...see liao ppl hate...then u knw wat??!!!! waahhahaha the auntie interviewer buay song him...shoot him qn...target n lock aim him....whahahhaa aim till he canot ans!!! then the most most most funny thing is...he did not answer to the qn!!! wahhaha then the auntie buay tahan.."ok..i think u r not answering to my qn..but anyway...let me just ask u once more time in very simplified way....bla bla bla bla bla bla"the guy is so kelian lo!! out of this there're 2 gals jitao too softspoken tilll....cannot hear them talk in such a small distance. Haiz...good & fun experience..@ least i knw...wat is a group interview & there are such ppl alive surrounding us..wahhahah...
